Rental of meeting room space within AGU’s renovated net zero energy headquarters includes the use of built-in state-of-the-art amenities, including Wi-Fi, projection equipment, screens or monitors and the house audio system.
All AGU Conference Center spaces are designed to support Zoom Room Connector conference calls with in-room cameras and audio systems for virtual and hybrid meetings.
For an additional fee, hosts can reserve:
- Lavalier microphones
- Wireless handheld microphones
- Flip charts on stand/markers
- Rolling white board/markers
- Dedicated technician on-site support
