In accord with the Statutes and Bylaws, eligible voters for the 2008–2010 Election of Officers are those who on 26 October were:

1. individual members (including students) who paid for 2006 or 2007
2. life members
3. representatives of corporate members that have paid for 2006 or 2007

Members who, prior to 26 October 2007, requested that their membership be canceled are excluded.

Associate members are not eligible to vote.
