Deadline for awards nominations is 15 October 2008
Online Awards Nomination is a 4-step process:
- complete the secure nomination form;
- verify nomination information for accuracy;
- upload Supporting Materials; and
- upload Supporting Letters.
The following materials are required and must be submitted in one session to complete this process:
Note: For Macelwane Medal the nominee's age must be less
than 36 years of age on 1 January of the year of presentation.
- Nominating Letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Bibliography
- at least 3 but no more than 6 supporting letters
Acceptable file formats are limited to the following:
Note: Combined file sizes for steps 3 and 4 must not exceed 15M for each step.
