A block of rooms have been reserved at the Sun Valley Resort, which offers guests complimentary shuttle service to and from the Sun Valley's Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN) located in Hailey, about 12 miles south of Sun Valley.
The conference room rate is $125 + tax for a standard, or $135 + tax for deluxe accommodations. Rooms booked for extended stay can not be guaranteed.
The resort has two sections reserved for our group. Attendees may choose to make their reservations at the Sun Valley Lodge, which is a short walk from the conference center, or at the Sun Valley Inn, which is where the Chapman conference is being held. Transportation from Boise Airport (BOI) to the Grove Park Hotel
The Grove Hotel offers complimentary 24-hour shuttle to and from the Boise International Airport. Use the phones provided in the baggage claim area to contact the hotel upon arrival.
Transportation from Boise, Idaho to Sun Valley, Idaho
Shuttle bus service has been arranged from Boise to Sun Valley. The shuttle bus will depart at 0830h on Tuesday, 6 October from the Grove Hotel and will take participants to the Sun Valley Resort, which is approximately a 3 hour drive from Boise. Seating is limited. Participants must complete the travel section of the registration form to reserve their seat.
Transportation from Sun Valley, Idaho to Boise Airport, Boise Idaho
For those flying out of Boise at the completion of the conference, shuttle bus service has been arranged from the Sun Valley Resort to the Boise International Airport on Friday, 9 October. The trip is approximately 3 hours. One shuttle bus will depart at 0830h, with a second bus departing at 1200h. Seating is limited. Participants must complete the travel section of the registration form to reserve their seat.
