The conference will be held at the Best Western Marina del Rey Hotel in Viña del Mar, a beach resort effectively joined to Valparaiso, 10 minutes by taxi or metro train. The hotel is on a corner block on the main street and about a 10 minute walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants within an easy stroll.

Single occupancy: US $100
Double occupancy: US $110
The special rate includes breakfast and parking. Foreign attendees are not required to pay VAT (IVA in Spanish or Impuesto al Valor Agregado) if they do not pay in Chilean pesos. This exemption is called franquicia tributaria. Your passport must be presented as proof of your foreign status.

Entry Fees
Chile charges a reciprocity fee (reciprocidad) upon entry to citizens of the U.S., Canada and Australia. The fee is approximately US$131 for Americans, US$61 for Australians, and US$132 for Canadians, and is payable in cash. Please contact the Chilean embassy in your country to confirm the entry fee before you travel.
