SITA World Tours, a reputable tour operator, has agreed to assist our group with making flight and hotel arrangements. Attendees will be responsible for their airfare, hotel accommodations, and their transportation to and from the airport.

Below is the list of preferred hotels in Hyderabad, India that the conveners have selected. Hotels are approximately 30 to 34 kilometers (19 to 21 miles) from the airport and 6 to 11 kilometers (4 to 7 miles) from the conference site (NGRI) in Hyderabad.
