Paper Conservation
In alignment with the priority objectives of AGU's strategic plan, AGU will not provide printed programs for the Chapman conferences. Instead, you may access real-time, detailed presentation information via the on-line itinerary planner (IP). Additionally, on-line evaluation surveys will be sent via email before the final day of the conference.

Fields of Interest
The primary disciplines and interests of attending scientists and students are (1) the physics of the near-Earth space environment (primarily the ionosphere and thermosphere, but can also include the atmosphere and magnetosphere); and (2) computational physics (e.g., algorithm development, modern computing architectures, etc.).
Presentation Guidelines
The poster session is active on Tuesday, 1730h-1900h.
Each presenter is provided with a 4-foot-high by 8-foot-wide poster board. All boards will be marked with the appropriate poster number. Note: your poster number will be listed in the online meeting program (pdf format), which will be posted by Monday, April 25.
Poster presenters are asked to set up their posters on Monday morning, 9 May, 0830h for full display during the week. All posters must be removed by 1230h on Thursday.
Basic poster supplies will be available for your use. If you have special supply needs, please remember to bring them with you to Charleston.
