Field Trip Waiver Form - Required
Please review and sign the required field trip waiver form if you plan to attend the pre-meeting trip to Sierra Negra or Thursday's trip to Santa Cruz. Spanish version of form located here.
Submit signed copy to chapman-galapagos@agu.org.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded, minus a $30.00 USD processing fee, if written cancellation is received at AGU headquarters by Friday, July 8,2011. Requests for refunds, including ticketed event purchases, cannot be accepted after Friday, July 8, 2011.
Those who register at the conference will incur an additional fee of $75.00 USD.
