The structure of this meeting program is centered around poster presentationsand time in the afternoon for extended participant discussions. The few oralpresentations each day are Invited and meant as a stimulus for discussion bymeeting participants, formally and informally, throughout the week. Contributedabstracts will be scheduled as posters.

The hotel requires the first night’s deposit to secure each reservation.Deposits can be made with major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged whenthe reservation is made.
The equivalent of one night's lodging will be billed to the individual'scredit card for each guest who does not arrive or if a reservation is canceledless than 30 days prior to arrival. A confirmed guest who fails to arrive ontheir scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no show" and theirentire reservation will be canceled. Sunriver Resort cannot guarantee rooms forguests arriving after their scheduled arrival date. A guest who departs prior totheir confirmed departure date will be charged for the unused balance of theirstay.
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m.

Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus service is available from the Redmond Airport to the Sunriver Resort. The cost is $38 per person one-way (approximately 45 minutes). If more than one person shares, the cost is $15 for each additional person. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Call the Sunriver Resort at 541-593-1000 and ask for the bell desk.
Car: You may want to consider driving to Sunriver, especially if you fly into Portland. Discount rental car rates are being explored and will be posted on this site soon. Click here for driving directions to Sunriver and a map.
