• Bring 5-10 copies of your resume/CV to the Career Center (you will be assigned a Career Center number).

• Select which categories you would like your resume placed in:
  • Hydrology
  • Geodesy
  • Space Sciences & Planetology
  • Atmospheric Sciences
  • Ocean Sciences
  • Tectonophysics / Seismology / Geo-Paleomagnetism
  • Volcanology/Geochemistry / Petrology
  • Information Technology / Software Development / System Administration
  • Geotechnical Engineering / Environmental Engineering

• Print and fill out our Survey in advance to save time when you register.

• Review our daily job postings for employment opportunities

• Prepare yourself! Look at the AGU Web Site the week before the Fall Meeting. All pre-registered jobs will be posted. You can review the jobs ahead of time, think about submitting your resume directly to the employer, or meeting with him/her at the meeting.

• Do not wait for an employer to contact you. Be proactive, look at the job postings, and leave messages for employers through the Career Center.
