GUIDELINES FOR ELECTRONIC PRESENTATIONS USING COMPUTER PROJECTORS
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT (PLEASE READ - NEW INFORMATION)
- Oral Sessions: Equipment for each oral session includes: one (1) 35mm slide projector; two (2) overhead projectors; and two (2) screens.
NEW FEATURE!!! One Computer Projector for electronic presentations will be available in each oral session meeting room.
Detailed information on the types of software and instructions for authors can be found in the Electronic Presentations guidelines. Speakers using this mode of presentation must check in with the Audio-Visual Company at least 24 hours in advance of the presentation. Those presenting on Monday must check in Sunday between the hours of 1:00 to 6:30 p.m.
Poster Sessions: No standard equipment is provided. If you require any equipment other than listed above, please complete the Additional AV and Equipment Order Form and return to AGU with full payment by 16 November. Even if you requested this equipment on your abstract submission, you must send the order form with payment to place your order.
