There are four 2-hour blocks of oral sessions each day.

1020h - 1220h
1340h - 1540h
1600h - 1800h
Oral Sessions are located on both Level 2 and Level 3 of Moscone West.
Read the Oral Session Guidelines with details on audio visual equipment and submitting your electronic presentation in advance, either online (new) or in the speaker ready room on-site.
Pre-Submission of Electronic Presentations Through the Internet

The 2004 AGU Fall Meeting upload site for electronic presentations (opens in new window) is now available.
Login to the upload site using your e-mail address and AGU2004 as your password. Upon your initial login you will be asked to select a new unique password. The new password will be required upon subsequent logins. If you have problems logging on to the site or have problems uploading your presentation, please e-mail your questions to AGU@projection.com.
You can upload as many revisions to your presentation as you would like, but please bring a backup copy of your final presentation with you to the meeting. For further details read the Oral Session Guidelines.

Poster Sessions are active for one half day, although authors must put up thier displays in the morning and have them up until 1800h for maximum viewing opportunity.

Poster Sessions are located on Level 1 (board numbers 0001-0700) and Level 2 (board numbers 0701-1200) of Moscone West. The last four digits of each poster presentation indicate the board number. Please check the board number and its corresponding location.
Read the Poster Session Guidelines with details on preparing your presentation and ordering electricity, internet service, and audio visual equipment. Poster sessions will be located on both Level 1 and Level 2 of Moscone West (see map in program and signs at the meeting).

Additional Audio Visual Equipment
If you require additional audio visual equipment for your presentation, place your order by 30 November 2004 using the Additional Audio Visual Equipment order form. Follow directions on the form to fax back to AGU. You must use this form to order a 35mm slide projector for your oral presentation, or if you require electricity, internet, or other equipment for your poster presentation.
If you are unable to attend the Fall Meeting, please notify AGU in writing to request the withdrawal of your presentation. Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
