News Releases and Conferences
As part of the AGU's goal to promote public understanding of geophysics, AGU is operating a newsroom and holding news conferences during the meeting. News releases and copies of journal articles about research being presented at the meeting are made available to reporters in the Press Room.
If you are a scientist presenting research that could be of interest to the
general public, we suggest you first contact the public information
office at your institution or agency for assistance in writing a
news release. For information about scheduling a news conference
at the 2005 AGU Fall Meeting, contact the Program Committee
member for your AGU section or focus group, or contact Harvey Leifert.
