Registration Information
The deadline for Meeting Discounted-Registration has passed.
Registration for Fall Meeting is now open. Full conference registration fees prior to
12 November are listed under Registration Rates. Late fees will apply after
12 November. The last day to register online is 25 November.

Three ways to register for the Meeting:
Register Online until 25 November
Note: If you are registering online for one day, only those events scheduled for that day will be displayed. In order to register for events on alternate days, you may either phone or fax your event order information; contact information is below. Event Details.
Mail or Fax:
The deadline for registering by mail or fax has passed. Individuals may register for the meeting online through 25 November. They may also register on-site in San Francisco beginning Sunday, 13 December.
Please see information on discounted-registration rates to determine your registration fee. After 12 November, a late fee of $70 U.S. Dollars is automatically charged.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be emailed to agumeetings@aip.org or fm-help@agu.org.
Registration cancellations received by 12 November will receive a complete refund.
Cancellations received between 13 November and 25 November will have a $30 processing fee deducted from their refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations or ticketed events after 25 November.
