Refund & Cancellation Policy
Written notice of cancellation must be emailed to agumeetings@aip.org or fm-help@agu.org.
Registration cancellations received by 12 November will receive a complete refund.
Cancellations received between 13 November and 25 November will have a $30 processing fee deducted from their refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations or ticketed events after 25 November.
