Presenter & Session Chair Guidelines

Session Times

Sessions begin on Monday, August 9, and end on Thursday, August 12.

Oral Sessions

Following are the times for the daily oral sessions:

Morning: 0800h–1000h; 1030h–1230h
Afternoon: 1400h–1600h; 1630h–1830h
Evening Plenaries: 1845h–1945h

Poster Sessions

Poster sessions are scheduled 0800h–1230h and 1400h–1830h daily.

Poster sessions are active for a 4–hour period on the day that the session is scheduled. Authors must be present at their poster for at least one hour during the allocated session time. Presenters will display posters for ONE day. Posters should be put up at 0730h the day of the presentation, and removed no later than 1900h on the same day. Posters are subject to being discarded if not promptly removed by 1900h on the day of presentation.
