Abstract Submissions

The deadline for Abstract Submissions has passed. Acceptance notices with instructions were emailed on 13 May. All authors and presenters, invited and contributing, must also register for the meeting.

Abstract Submission Receipts and Correspondence

The abstract submission system is now open for authors to view their proofs and receipts online. Authors may also use the system to update their contact information in order to ensure that they receive all correspondences regarding their abstract submission.

Please note that no changes may be made to an abstract after the program has been finalized.

Withdrawing an Abstract

To withdraw an abstract after it has been scheduled, log in to the abstract submission software. Once logged in, click the link to view your Invitations in the Message Center, located at the top of the screen. You may withdraw the abstract from the program by clicking the Decline button next to the abstract name and paper number. Then you must click Submit. Please note that all withdrawals will be reflected on the Web site closer to the meeting.

Individuals may receive a reminder containing their User ID and password by and clicking on Forgot Your Password? in the software system.

Abstract Citations

Abstracts should be cited as: Author(s) (2010), Title, Eos Trans. AGU, 91(26), Jt. Assem. Suppl., Abstract XXXXX-XXXX
