The deadline to register online has passed.

Attendees can now register on site at the Rafain Convention Center. Registration hours of operation are as follows:
Level 1 (outside of Rafain Expocenter II-III Exhibit Hall)
Sunday: 1500h–1900h
Monday: 0700h–1830h
Tuesday - Thursday: 0730h–1830h

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, U.S. Dollars, and the local Brazilian currency (R$) are acceptable modes of payment.

Guests
Guest badges can only be issued to those not participating in the scientific program. A guest is an individual who is not in a geophysical sciences related field or occupation, including graduate and undergraduate students. Registered guests may go to the exhibits and purchase tickets to social events at the advertised rates. You can designate a guest with your registration.
Accessibility for Registrants with Disabilities
Organizers will work with vendors to provide reasonable support to meetings and events for those who require special needs. Please indicate any special needs on the registration form or contact ja-help@agu.org.
Receipts
All who register online will receive an electronic receipt/confirmation; please print and bring this receipt to the meeting for your records. Registrants will also receive a receipt attached to the badge that will be provided at the meeting.
Cancellations
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to:

Cancellation received between 26 June and 2 July will have a $30 processing fee deducted from their refund.
Requests for refunds, including ticketed event purchases, cannot be processed after 2 July.
The full fee will be refunded if written notification was received at AGU by 25 June 2010.
