Oral Sessions
Oral sessions will begin Monday afternoon and continue daily through Friday. Morning sessions are scheduled 0830h-1130h, and afternoon sessions are scheduled 1400h-1700h.
Oral Session Presenters:
Read the Oral session guidelines with details on audio visual equipment and submitting your electronic presentation in advance, either online (new) or in the speaker ready room on-site.

The 2004 AGU Oceans Sciences Meeting upload site for electronic presentations is now available. This feature is optional, but recommended.
Login to the upload site and create a profile, including a unique user name and password. If you have problems logging on to the site or have problems uploading your presentation, please e-mail your questions to eberru@avhq.com or lgough@avhq.com.
You can upload as many revisions to your presentation as you would like, but please bring a backup copy of your final presentation with you to the meeting. For further details read the oral session guidelines.
Poster Sessions
Poster sessions are scheduled Tuesday through Friday in Hall A. Poster sessions are active for one half day, although authors must put up their displays in the morning and leave them up until 5:00 P.M. for maximum viewing opportunity.
0830h-1230h (Morning)
1300h-1700h (Afternoon)
Poster Session Presenters:
Poster boards are 4' high x 8' wide. Read the Poster session guidelines with details on preparing your presentation and ordering electricity, internet service, and audio visual equipment.
Additional Audio Visual Equipment
If you require additional audio visual equipment for your presentation, place your order by 15 January 2004 using the Additional Audio Visual Equipment order form. You must use this form to order a 35mm slide projector for your oral presentation, or if you require electricity, internet, or other equipment for your poster presentation.

Read the Oral or Poster chair guidelines to familiarize yourself with your role as session presider.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the Ocean Sciences Meeting, please notify AGU in writing to request the withdrawal of your presentation. Send your request to os-help@agu.org.
