All Ocean Sciences Meeting sessions and events take place in the Hawaii Convention Center.

Additional rooms have been added and we are trying to find more.

Cut off date: 20 January 2006

The deadline for housing - January 20 - has passed. A limited number of rooms may be available by calling directly to the hotels below.

Standard: $135.00 + tax (except for Aloha Surf)
Deluxe: $145.00 + tax
Premium: $160.00 + tax

These rates are only valid until Friday, January 27, 2006 or when they sell out, whichever happens first.

ITS will require a credit card number as guarantee in order to confirm a reservation (unless room is guaranteed to the master account). Credit cards will be held as a guarantee only until the first rooming list is sent to hotels (30 days out). At this time, hotels may charge credit cards the first nights room & tax deposit. Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) only.

Confirmations are available via email, fax or mail. Confirmations will be e-mailed when e-mail addresses are provided unless otherwise indicated. All processing deadlines and cancellation policies are noted on confirmations. Hotels do not send out confirmations.

Cancellations/Refunds prior to the cut-off date: There is no penalty for cancellations received prior to cut-off date. As this is a credit card guarantee situation, no refunds will be processed.
Cancellations after the cut-off date and prior to 72 hours of arrival: After the cut-off date, attendees will be instructed to contact hotels directly. The hotel will process all cancellations. There is a $16 processing fee.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the attendee's arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night's room & tax deposit that was charged by the hotel.
