Registration Information

Meeting Discounted-Registration Deadline: 20 January 2010, 2359 EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)

Full meeting registration fees prior to 20 January are listed under Registration Rates. Late fees will apply beginning on 21 January. The last day to register online is 3 February.

Please see information on discounted-registration rates to determine your registration fee. After 20 January, a late fee of $100 U.S. Dollars is automatically charged.

Guests

Guest badges can only be issued to those not participating in the scientific program. A guest is an individual who is not in a geophysical sciences related field or occupation, including graduate and undergraduate students. Registered guests may go to the exhibits and purchase tickets to social events at the advertised rates. You can designate a guest with your registration.

Accessibility for Registrants with Disabilities

Organizers will work with vendors to provide reasonable support to meetings and events for those who require special needs. Please indicate any special needs on the registration form or contact os-help@agu.org.

Receipts

All who register online will receive an electronic receipt/confirmation; please print and bring this receipt to the meeting for your records. Registrants will also receive a receipt attached to the badge that will be provided at the meeting.

Cancellations

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to:

The full fee will be refunded if written notification is received at AGU by 29 January 2010.

Between 1 February and 5 February, a $30 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee paid.

Requests for refunds, including ticketed event purchases, cannot be processed after 5 February 2010.
