AGU Job Center

The Job Center is a FREE service held at AGU's Spring, Fall, and Ocean Sciences Meetings for geoscientists seeking employment and employers looking for staff with scientific training.
Employers may review current resumes, meet with highly-skilled candidates, and post open positions. Job candidates may submit their resume, browse through positions posted by employers, and meet with employers.

The Job Center at the 1998 Ocean Sciences Meeting will be located in the lower level exhibit hall of the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center, , and will be open Monday through Thursday, February 9-12, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday February 13, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Staff will be available to assist candidates and employers and to set up interviews.

Pre-registered jobs will be posted on the AGU Web site (http://www.agu.org) prior to the meeting. This will give potential job candidates a chance to prepare for a possible interview or to drop off a resume.
