GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTING A POSTER PRESENTATION
ADDITIONAL AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT (PLEASE READ - NEW INFORMATION)
- Oral Sessions: Equipment for each oral session includes: one (1) 35mm slide projector; two (2) overhead projectors; and two (2) screens.
NEW FEATURE!!! One Computer Projector for electronic presentations will be available in each oral session meeting room.
Detailed information on the types of software and instructions for authors can be found in the Guidelines for Presenting an Oral Presentation. Speakers using this mode of presentation must check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours in advance of the presentation. Those presenting on Tuesday must check in Monday between the hours of 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M.
Poster Sessions: No standard equipment is provided. If you require any audio-visual equipment for your presentation, please complete the Additional Audio-Visual Equipment Order Form and return to AGU with full payment by 8 May. Even if you requested this equipment on your abstract submission, you must send the order form with payment to place your order.
