Speaker Ready Room

All speakers are required to check into the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours before their presentation. Those presenting on Monday 17 May must check in on Sunday between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.. The hours of operation are:

Sunday, 16 May : 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
Monday, 17 May : 07:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 18 May : 07:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 19 May : 07:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Thursday, 20 May : 07:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Friday, 21 May : 07:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
