Oral Sessions: Equipment for each oral session includes: two (2) overhead projectors; and two (2) screens.

NEW FEATURE! One Computer Projector for electronic presentations will be available in each oral session meeting room. Detailed information on the types of software and instructions for authors can be found in the Guidelines for Presenting an Oral Presentation.

Poster Sessions: No standard equipment is provided. If you require any equipment, at an additional cost, email mtaylor@agu.org. Ms. Taylor will inform you of the availability and the costs.
