Scientists from ‘Low Income’ or 'Lower Middle Income' Countries

There is no abstract fee for the 2004 Western Pacific Geophysics Meeting for scientists who are residents in countries classified by the World Bank as ‘Low Income’ or 'lower middle income.' Deadline for electronic online abstract submissions is 5 May 2004.
