ORAL Sessions

Oral sessions begin on Monday, August 16 and continue through Friday, August 20 on the following schedule:

Monday 16 August - Friday, 20 August

** Some oral sessions may have different start and finish times, within a time block, due to scheduled plenary sessions. Please confirm your own start time on your confirmation, and in the program.

Oral Presenters:
Read the Oral Session Guidelines for instructions. Please review the checklist for presentation guidelines, audio-visual equipment availability, and submitting your electronic presentation in advance, or on site.

Oral Chairperson Guidelines

POSTER Sessions

Poster sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday in the Exhibit Hall, Kamehameha Hall III. Poster sessions are scheduled for either a morning or afternoon session, but remain on the boards for two days. Poster presenters scheduled for Monday or Tuesday should put up their displays by Monday 0830h and should remove them on Tuesday, between 1700 and 1800h. Posters assigned for Wednesday or Thursday should be placed on Wednesday morning before 0830 and should remain until 1700 on Thursday. Posters that are not removed on either Tuesday or Thursday evenings will be removed by staff and held until Friday noon at the Facilities desk. There are no Friday Poster sessions.
