On-site registration takes place at the Cairns Convention Centre located at Cnr Wharf and Sheridan Streets. On-site registration hours are:

Registration Rates

• Students must show a student ID at registration.
• Retiree must be 65 or older and retired from full-time employment.
• “Low Income Countries:” Special discounts are available for those from low income countries. See the list of “Tier 1 Low Income Countries” to determine if you are eligible for free registration. See the list of “Tier 2 Low Income Countries” to determine if you are eligible for 50% off of the appropriate registration category rate.
• There are no one-day registration fees for this meeting.

Ticketed Events

The activities listed below requires a ticket. In order to purchase a ticket, you must be registered for the meeting.

Guests

Guest badges can only be issued to those not participating in the scientific program. A guest is an individual who is not in a geophysical sciences related field or occupation, including graduate and undergraduate students. Registered guests may purchase tickets to social events at the advertised rates. You can designate a guest with your registration.

Receipts

All who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation after they register via e-mail. All registrants will receive a receipt attached to the badge that will be given at the meeting.
