Cancellations
A written notification of cancellation must be e-mailed to: agumeetings@aip.org or wp-help@agu.org
The full fee will be refunded if written notification is received at AGU by 20 May 2010.
Cancellation received between 21 May and 28 May will have a $30 processing fee deducted from their refund.
Requests for refunds, including ticketed event purchases, cannot be processed after 28 May.
