Have your promotional literature inserted into the meeting program. A single item is $500. Inserts cannot exceed 8 1/2" x 11" and/or 60 grams (2.1 ounces). Full payment and sample of insert must be submitted by Friday, May 29, 1998. Materials are subject to review and approval and must be shipped to the meeting at the advertiser's expense.
