In addition to the authors, the Nagarkot workshop was organized and led by Ahmed Nisar (MMIEngineering, Oakland), Roger Bilham (University of Colorado, Boulder), Sarosh Lodi (NED University, Karachi), and Amod Dixit (NSET, Kathmandu). The staff of NSET provided .local organizational support and coordination for the meeting. A list of workshop participants is appended below. Support for the workshop was provided by the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and the U.S. Geological Survey.
