Authors publishing with AGU are encouraged to take their research beyond the printed page. By using multimedia, authors can demonstrate rather than explain scientific findings through animations, presentations, video clips, three dimensional images, interactive math, audio, and virtual reality that fully integrates with the article and is archived. Information on beyond the page possibilities including acceptable formats and a multimedia FAQ is available.

As a show of support, AGU is providing free access for a limited time to articles using multimedia or interactive files. Earth Interactions multimedia articles are accessed from the copublisher’s Web site.
