Yacov Y. Haimes

Dr. Haimes was the first AGU Congressional Science Fellow, splitting his time with the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and the House Committee on Science and Technology, Subcommittee on the Environment and the Atmosphere, from 1977-1978.
