Fall AGU and More!
The American Geophysical Union provides several meetings for its members to come together and discuss science, including the Annual Fall Meeting, Regional Meetings, and several focused Chapman Conferences each year. At each of these events AGU-B members will find venues for sharing their work and making connections.
The Fall AGU Meeting in San Francisco (December 5 - 9, 2011):
Each year the main conference for AGU members takes place in lovely San Francisco during December ... why not come and meet your colleagues, have some fun, and get some holiday shopping done? ... stay tuned for information about special Biogeosciences Events. Note the new deadlines!
Save the Date! 2012 Ocean Sciences Meeting!
February 20 - 24, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. A joint meeting between AGU, the Oceanography Society and the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography.
2011 Chapman Conferences:
9 - 14 October, 2011 (Grindelwald, Switzerland) AGU Chapman Conference on Advances in Lagrangian Modelling of the Atmosphere (deadline for pre-registration has passed)
19 - 22 February, 2012 (Kona, Hawaii) AGU Chapman Conference on Remote Sensing of the Terrestrial Water Cycle (Abstract and Registration Materials deadline: 27 October 2011)
