Congratulations to Professor Dr. Reiner Schlitzer of the Alfred Wegener Institute, Germany for his selection as the 2010 Ocean Sciences Award recipient! The award will be presented at the 2010 Ocean Sciences Meeting in Portland, Oregon, USA and the citation will read: "For development of the impressive data manipulation tool Ocean Data View, and contributions to data management for several large international ocean research projects."
