Exhibit Hall Schedule

Move-In
Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Monday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
All exhibits MUST be set by 2:00 PM on Monday, 7 December.

Show Hours
Monday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Exhibitors may begin dismantling at 1:30 PM on Friday. Please make travel plans accordingly.

Exhibit Space Rates

Standard Rate  $3,050 per 10'x10'
Government/Non-Profit*          
 $1,850 per 10'x10'
Special Rate*  $1,200 per 10'x10'
Academic Showcase*  $1,075 per 10'x10'
 $150 charge for each exposed corner

*Only one booth can be purchased at this rate. Additional booths will be charged at the Standard Rates.

Government/Non-Profit – Related to Earth and space sciences; non-profit consortia of educational institutions, not-for-profit consortia of research institutions, not-for-profit research institutions, not-for-profit publishers.

Special Rate – Scientific and engineering open-membership societies, teaching components of degree-granting institutions, and 501(c)(3) organizations.

Academic Showcase – A pavilion in the exhibit hall for academic institutions to meet prospective students and highlight your academic offerings. Includes carpet, table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.

COVID-19 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
AGU will always prioritize the health and safety of our members, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and staff. We will continue to follow science and the advice of WHO, CDC and state and local health authorities. Our goal is to provide our exhibiting partners with timely information and reduce your organization’s risks through our participation policies.

What happens if #AGU20 is cancelled?
With our continued focus on providing an excellent virtual and in-person experience, AGU is working on full contingency plans so that #AGU20 will move as much as possible online so that anyone, anywhere will be able to enjoy Fall Meeting.

If we do cancel our in-person experience, exhibitors may choose either:
A. Rollover your entire 2020 payment to secure exhibit space at #AGU21 at 2020 rates.
OR
B. Refund your entire 2020 payment. If you choose to secure exhibit space at #AGU21, it will be at the 2021 rates. 

What if my company wants to cancel its exhibit space at #AGU20?
If #AGU20 occurs as scheduled, and your company chooses to cancel or reduce exhibiting space:

  • January 1, 2020 – September 18, 2020, AGU will retain 25% of the total rental fee for the cancelled space.
  • After September 18, 2020, no refunds will be issued for booth cancellations.
  • Credit for reduced or canceled space will be applied toward your 2021 exhibit space.
  • All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing. Exhibitors who cancelled will be eligible for 2021 space selection after the onsite space selection process held during #AGU20.
