Exhibit Hall Schedule

The exhibit hall content will be available for attendees to view beginning 1 December.

AGU is promoting the following times for attendees to visit exhibitors in their booths:

Daily Schedule, 7-11 December
11:00am–12:00pm ET
1:00–1:30pm ET
6:00–7:00pm ET

We encourage exhibitors to staff their booth for networking and engagement with attendees during these times. Exhibitor staff are welcome to be active in their booth during any other times they choose and are also invited to attend the conference programming with their full conference registration access.

Terms of Payment:

  • Applications must be accompanied by payment for the total cost of the participation type requested. Applications received without such payment will not be processed.
  • Exhibitors from the in-person AGU Fall Meeting 2020 will have any payment from their original agreement applied to their virtual event agreement. If the 2020 booth payment received was less than the cost of the new option selected, an invoice for the balance will be sent to exhibitor and due upon receipt.
  • Cancellation of participation is required in writing. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation of virtual event participation.

  • Opportunity to host a 45-minute webinar to present your organization’s thought-leadership, customer case studies, or new technology and science solutions. The session will be promoted on the meeting agenda. It will be streamed during a live session block so that attendees can ask questions and will also be available for on-demand viewing after.
