- new scientific results,
- enabling Earth and space science or its application, and/or
- the contribution of Earth and space science to society.

Abstract submission site opens.
Town hall and workshop proposal notification letters are sent.
Deadline to submit the membership waiver for non-member authors.
Abstract submission closes.
Fall Meeting Program Committee allocates sessions.
Conveners review and schedule abstracts in allocated sessions.
Scientific program released.
Abstract notifications sent.
Conveners monitor the final program for withdrawals and presenter changes.
Last day to confirm or withdraw an abstract from the scientific program.
Deadline to upload interactive poster or slide presentations.
First day of #AGU22.
