AGU Meetings Code of Conduct – AGU is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and AGU staff. All participants are expected to abide by the AGU Meetings Code of Conduct.
AGU meetings submission standards – These high-level guidelines apply to all AGU meetings, however, they may vary if AGU is cosponsoring a meeting with other societies. Specific guidelines for each meeting are posted on their respective sites.
Photography and social media guidelines – AGU asks that participants at all AGU meetings, including Fall Meeting, observe these guidelines for social media use and photography.
Travel grants – Learn more about available financial assistance to U.S. and international early career scientists and students. We offer travel grants for those planning to attend AGU meetings and conferences.
