Attendee Resources
This is a collection of resources to assist AGU25 attendees.
Need meeting space at AGU25?
Meeting space requests are reviewed and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will open late August and close on 7 October. Applications received after 7 October are subject to space availability and will incur a late fee of $100. These applications will also not be included in the published materials. Ancillary requests are only available for in-person attendees.
Need help justifying the expense of attending AGU25 to your employer?
To assist you in securing funding and time off to attend AGU25, we’ve created a brief justification letter that you can download and customize. We encourage everyone to personalize it with details about your science and what you’re most excited to experience at the Annual Meeting.
The primary goal of OSPA is to provide student presenters at AGU meetings with valuable feedback on their research and presentation skills to help them advance their careers.
AGU offers grants and scholarships to support students and early-career researchers with a combination of costs associated with participating in the AGU Annual Meeting.
AGU25 will feature a variety of on-site mentoring opportunities through Mentoring365 Live. As an AGU25 attendee, you will have access to mentorship with peers from across the Earth and space community. Don’t miss your opportunity to participate. Both mentors and mentees are encouraged to apply! Sign up opens in October.
