Description: As water-resources planning is compounded by uncertainties generated by a changing climate and geopolitical landscape, regions are struggling to ensure water security for their populations. This panel is intended to help frame the issues, identify some solutions that are working regionally, and set the stage for subsequent discussions during the FIHM.
