Dr. Taylor is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and is board certified in Public Health/General Preventive Medicine, as well as Occupational Medicine. He received his Master of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene degree from the Uniformed Services University and has remained active as a travel medicine clinician during his 17 years of service in the U.S. Military. His last assignment was Focus Area Chief for the Global Emerging Infections Surveillance Branch at the Armed Forces Health Surveillance Division. He recently started a new assignment as faculty at the Uniformed Services University where he will also serve as Director of the Division of Global Public Health.
