Anzela Mamiarisoa RAMAROSANDRATANA is the Head of Service on Climate Variability within the Directorate of Research and Hydrometeorological Development – Direction Générale de la Météorolgie, Madagascar.

Previously having experience in the field of short-term forecasts, application at the local level and meteorological assistance for the sectors, she is currently responsible for the production of seasonal forecasts at the national level, as well as study and research relating to climate variability generating climate change for state of the climate in Madagascar.

As a climate expert, she also participates in exchange forums on seasonal forecasts, research on climate variability at the international level. She holds an engineering degree in meteorology from the Polytechnic School of Antananarivo.
