Housing
OSM has secured exclusive discounted hotel rates for attendees, on a first-come, first-served basis. To take advantage of these special rates, all reservations must be made through the online reservation system and not directly with the hotel.
Housing for OSM26 is open. Closing dates for hotels will vary, so please consult the housing system for exact dates for specific hotels. Once the deadline has passed the hotel rate is no longer guaranteed. All attendees must log-in or create an AGU-universal account to access the housing and registration site.
Hotel Rates
All rates per night are in UK pounds and includes VAT fees. These are starting prices.
Review the OSM26 Official Hotels (Please note: This page allows you to view hotels and rates, but does not enable you to reserve housing.)
Please review cutoff dates closely. To locate your Hotel’s cutoff date, refer to your confirmation email or housing dashboard. Hotels will be collecting full deposits beginning 25 December 2025, and no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Please ensure the card on file is the payment source you intend to use for the hotel payment. If you need to make adjustments to the card on file, please return to the site prior to 25 December 2025 to make any updates.
Once a deposit has been collected it is non-refundable. For any questions on monies collected, please contact the Hotel directly.
OSM does not sell your information. If you are contacted by any company other than Maritz Global Events (MGE) offering registration for OSM26, please know that these companies do NOT represent OSM.
OSM and its authorized vendors do NOT call attendees to sell registration. AGU, in accordance with our privacy policy, never shares or sells the information of our meeting attendees or members.
