Attendee Resources
This is a collection of resources to assist AGU25 attendees.
Need meeting space at AGU25?
Meeting space requests are reviewed and reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications will open late August and close on 7 October. Applications received after 7 October are subject to space availability and will incur a late fee of $100. These applications will also not be included in the published materials. Ancillary requests are only available for in-person attendees.
Need help justifying the expense of attending AGU25 to your employer?
To assist you in securing funding and time off to attend AGU25, we’ve created a brief justification letter that you can download and customize. We encourage everyone to personalize it with details about your science and what you’re most excited to experience at the Annual Meeting.
The primary goal of OSPA is to provide student presenters at AGU meetings with valuable feedback on their research and presentation skills to help them advance their careers.
Students who wish to participate in OSPA must sign up for the program when submitting their AGU25 abstract. Student presenters are not automatically signed up to participate in OSPA. All OSPA student presenters are required to:
- upload a digital version of their presentation in the online OSPA platform
- act as a reviewer and provide feedback at least one other OSPA presenter at AGU25
- present at the day/time assigned
- respond to communications (virtual or in-person) from OSPA reviewers
Any AGU25 attendee may volunteer to give written feedback to OSPA presenters. Volunteer by signing up to review a student in the OSPA platform opening in November 2025! Volunteer reviewers may also indicate their interest in participating when submitting their abstract.
AGU offers grants and scholarships to support students and early-career researchers with a combination of costs associated with participating in the AGU Annual Meeting.
