Why do humans need to study Beyond Earth? Through a series of brief presentations, this session will discuss some of the most important results from past and present missions to the Moon, the Inner Planets, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and even Pluto and the Kuiper Belt. What are we learning about these planetary bodies, and about Earth along the way, in this high pursuit to go farther than before?  These presentations will also give essential perspective for future space missions. By the end of this session, the audience should understand why continued space exploration is imperative.
