Climate change is everyone's concern. Solutions will require informed communities, including those in tribal nations, and a diverse workforce with a strong grasp of science, technology, engineering and math.  Today's college students in every field of study will spend their careers understanding and solving tomorrow's climate problems. Transdisciplinary styles of teaching foster community-building and working collaboratively to understand the issues and develop innovative ways to comprehend, adapt to, and mitigate the various consequences of climate change. Authors will share faculty experiences, teaching strategies, resources and lessons learned while teaching STEM underserved and underrepresented students and/or describe how students in all contexts address problem solving in response to the challenges of climate change. Of particular focus are efforts that enhance related STEM courses, creating new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs, community college and university initiatives building reciprocity and preparing students to work towards an equitable and sustainable future.
