#WaterSciCon24 is a well-orchestrated event with deadlines set in advance to ensure everyone is able to enjoy a fantastic scientific meeting.
But what happens once you submit your proposal and/or abstract?
Here’s a look at the process from start to finish.
Session proposal notifications will be sent in early December along with the opening of abstracts.
Session proposals close at 23:59 p.m. EST/03:59 +1 GMT
Town hall proposals close at 23:59 p.m. EST/03:59 +1 GMT
Program committee conducts session merges.
Abstract submissions open.
Session proposal acceptance notification letters are sent.
Town hall notification letters are sent.
Abstract submissions close at 23:59 EDT/04:59+1 GMT (extended from 24 January)
Conveners review and schedule abstracts in allocated sessions.
Program Committee allocates and schedules sessions.
Online program is released.
Abstract notifications are sent.
Last day to confirm or withdraw an abstract from the scientific program.
