State-of-the-art technology

Rental of meeting room space within AGU’s renovated net zero energy headquarters includes the use of built-in, state-of-the-art amenities including wifi, projection equipment, screens or monitors and the house audio systems.

Standard Conference Rooms are designed to support Zoom accounts which include the SIP/H.323 Conference Room Connector license, with which the room may be invited to a call. Calls activate the single wall-mounted camera for a general view of the room, as well as the ceiling microphones and speakers, for two-way communication.

The larger, primary event space can support any video conferencing platform, allowing interactive hybrid events enhanced with multiple robotic cameras that capture presenters and audience participants; audio mixing board managing communications; and switchers to allow toggling between content and camera views.

Auxiliary equipment options include a range of wireless handheld, tabletop and lavalier microphones; flip charts on stands with markers and extra pads; rolling white board with markers; house PC laptops for content sharing and/or virtual connections.
