Which sessions can Online Participants view?
All sessions in Arctic/Pacific will be live-streamed and hybrid. There will be speakers participating both in-person and online. Questions will be taken from the in-person audience, as well as online questions from the chat.
All Plenary and Oral Sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing one week after the conference.
- All sessions in the Arctic/Pacific Ballroom are hybrid and will be available for live-streaming and on-demand viewing.
- All sessions in the Atlantic Ballroom will not be live-streamed and only available for on-demand viewing.
- All sessions in the Lower Lobby will not be live-streamed and will not be available for on-demand viewing.
Which sessions can In-Person Participants view?
In-person participants will also have access to view live-streamed sessions and on-demand recordings.
During the Poster Sessions, presenters will give 3-minute talks on their research before moving to their poster boards to interact with attendees. The 3-minute talks will be recorded for online viewing.
