Department of Homeland Security announces Land and Ferry travel into the U.S.

The Department of Homeland Security released details on the new international travel policy for land and ferry border crossings.

What this means for non-citizen travelers entering the U.S. by land or ferry: Beginning November 8, international visitors entering the U.S. at a land point of entry (POE) or ferry terminal will be required to both show proof of a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and/or World Health Organization (WHO) approved COVID-19 vaccination, and verbally attest to their reason for travel and COVID-19 vaccination status during a border inspection.
